How do I download Zoom?

The entire conference series will be run through Zoom. If you don't have Zoom installed already, please visit This link gives you several options. We recommend "Zoom Client for Meetings".

What Internet browser should I use to watch the Virtual Conference?
To ensure the best viewing experience, make sure you use one of the latest versions of Google ChromeFirefoxEdgeOpera, or Safari

How do I Attend the Virtual Conference?

For the best user experience, we recommend participating on a computer or laptop that has a working internet connection. You may still participate on your smartphone or tablet but the best experience will be on a computer or laptop.

Please note:

  1. You will be automatically muted and your video will be off upon entering and throughout the entire meeting.
  2. Please note that you are responsible for a properly functioning and charged device.

Can I test my access to the virtual environment ahead of the conference?
Yes, you can. Attendees will have the opportunity to test the online platform on February 23, 2021, at 2PM EST. During this rehearsal, attendees can log in and test their connection, picture and sound. This should take approximately 15 minutes to test your access. An email will be sent to all attendees with instructions on how to access the virtual conference platform.

Can I interact during the presentation?

Your audio and video will be disabled so the speaker and other attendees will not be able to hear or see you. However, there are several ways to interact just like you are at there in person including:

  • Polling: Some sessions feature polling. When the speaker presents a poll select your response.
  • Q&A: If you have a question for the speaker, you can type it into the Q&A feature within Zoom. Type your question and the speaker will try to answer it at the end of the session.
  • Evaluations: Links to the evaluations will be emailed to you for completion once the day concludes.

Can I watch the sessions On-Demand after the event?

Yes you can! Each topic will be available on demand for 30-days after the event. However, you will not be able to claim Mainpro+ credits by watching programs on demand afterwards.  The On-Demand versions of the sessions are posted approximately 5 business days after the conference. 

How many Mainpro+ Credits will I receive?

This virtual conference is not intended to be a continuing medical education conference and therefore is not accredited/certified. However, many accrediting bodies do have additional learning and reflective learning credits that you could apply for after attending Power2Women.
